During court proceedings, Mr. Nwabueze, along with an accomplice identified as Mr. Francis, attempted to coerce Engineer Oham into settling the matter outside of court, demanding a hefty sum of two million naira (#2,000,000). Further investigation revealed a sophisticated scheme orchestrated by Mr. Nwabueze, who falsely claimed expenses and demanded additional funds from Engineer Oham.
The investigation took a more alarming turn when Mr. Nwabueze demanded seven million naira to purportedly settle matters with the AIG FCID Annex Alagbon Ikoyi Lagos.
